Plastic dispenser 24/410 black-silver 180 mm is a practical and reliable packaging component designed for precise and comfortable dispensing of liquid products. Thanks to high-quality workmanship and an optimized construction, it is suitable for filling a wide range of cosmetic and hygiene preparations where controlled application, cleanliness and user comfort are important.
The dispenser is designed to ensure individual doses of the product without unnecessary waste and to minimize contact of the contents with the external environment. It is perfectly suited for liquid and gel formulations that require repeated and hygienic use in the bathroom, kitchen, salon and in professional production.
This dispenser is intended for use with compatible bottles and vials with a corresponding neck type. They are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters of the specific packaging.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, in order to ensure optimal functionality and stability of the product.

The dispenser is designed primarily for liquid and gel formulations that allow smooth suction and expulsion of the contents. With very thick creams or balms, the movement of the pump may be less smooth and the dosing may not be optimal. We recommend always carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing with the specific formula before final implementation in production.
The dispenser can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend disassembling the dispenser as thoroughly as the construction allows, cleaning it mechanically and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, all parts must be allowed to dry thoroughly and only then should the dispenser be used again.
Before first use, we recommend rinsing the dispenser with a suitable cleaning solution, then with drinking water and finally disinfecting it with an alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. When changing the type of product or between individual batches, it is important to repeat the procedure and check that no residues of the previous formulation remain in the mechanism which could affect the quality of the new product.
If you decide not to reuse the dispenser, we recommend recycling it as much as possible according to the material types specified in the parameters of the particular product. Before handing it over to a collection yard or into sorted waste, remove any product residues, mechanically separate any combined parts (for example the tube, decorative elements) and assign each component to the appropriate type of sorted waste according to local rules. Information on the material composition can always be found in the parameter table for the given product on the Handymade website.
