The glass bottle with a white matte dropper is a practical and elegant packaging solution suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations. The combination of high-quality glass and a functional dropper enables comfortable and controlled application even of highly concentrated formulations, which will be especially appreciated by manufacturers of natural cosmetics and aromatherapeutic blends. This type of medicine bottle is ideal for products where an accurate dose, protection of the contents from contamination, and a professional appearance of the final product are important.
This packaging represents a complete set bottle + dropper, ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the advanced filter you can conveniently sort the packaging by parameters such as neck, size, colour and material, which will help you quickly narrow down the range to packaging suitable for your formulation and the desired dosing method.
Yes, the glass bottle can be reused for both home and professional use, provided that hygiene rules are strictly observed. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Only after the inner part of the bottle is completely dry and a visual cleanliness check has been carried out is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before reuse, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing it several times thoroughly with clean water and, depending on the nature of the original product, possibly also rinsing it with alcohol. After mechanical cleaning, the inside of the packaging must be disinfected – a short rinse with isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % has proven effective. Clean the rubber and plastic parts of the dropper gently to avoid mechanical damage, and always let them dry completely before the next use.
The bottle with dropper is a universal solution for many formulations and works excellently with both oil-based and water-based products. For very thin, low-viscosity liquids, precise drop-by-drop dosing is an advantage, while for oils and serums the dropper facilitates local application and minimizes waste. We recommend always carrying out a trial filling and checking whether the chosen formulation flows through the dropper at the desired speed and in the required amount.
To maintain product stability, it is important to combine suitable packaging with a high-quality formulation and proper storage. Always close the bottle carefully, avoid contact of the dropper with the skin or other surfaces, and protect the contents from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity, in accordance with the recommendations for the specific product. For homemade production we recommend working in a clean environment, using disinfected tools and observing the recommended dosing of preservatives, if they are required for the given type of cosmetics.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. The glass body of the bottle is normally placed in the container designated for glass once it has been freed of any remaining contents. The dropper, consisting of a combination of plastic, rubber and possibly metal parts, should be separated from the glass container and disposed of according to the types of materials used, usually in mixed waste or sorted plastic waste according to local recommendations.
