The black glossy glass vial is a compact and professional packaging for packaging liquid products where material stability and formulation protection are important. The opaque black glass does not transmit light and naturally contributes to the protection of the contents from UV radiation, which is particularly advantageous for more sensitive active ingredients, extracts and oil mixtures. The glass is material stable and neutral, so it helps preserve the fragrance, colour and quality of the formulation during storage and use. This packaging is also food grade approved and therefore suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.
The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensers, such as screw caps, droppers, dispensers or practical applicators, according to the selected parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own test of compatibility, seal, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation.

Opaque glass does not transmit light and naturally promotes UV protection for the contents. This is important for formulations where light can accelerate changes in fragrance, color or stability.
Yes, as the packaging is food grade, it is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use, subject to hygiene guidelines.
Yes, the packaging can be reused, provided hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the container should be cleaned and disinfected with IPA 99 per cent or Ethanol 96 per cent and then allowed to dry completely.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying the glass vial, clean it and take it to the glass collection. If you use a cap or dispenser, the individual parts should be separated and sorted by material into the plastic or metal collection according to the rules in your municipality.
