Works best for low viscosity, well-filtered solutions (e.g. water mists, hydrolates, tonics). For mixtures with solid particles, higher viscosity or higher oil content, we recommend a custom spray test to verify mist formation and risk of clogging.

We recommend using clear solutions with no suspended particles, or straining or filtering the mixture before filling. After use, it is practical to wipe the nozzle clean and store the atomizer closed during a product break so that residues of the formulation do not dry on the nozzle.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before refilling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - practically you can use IPA 99% or Ethanol 96% - and then allow all parts to dry completely.

For formulations with alcohol, perfume ingredients or higher proportions of essential oils, we always recommend a self compatibility test of the entire kit. Check the seal, spray stability and behaviour of the components when in prolonged contact with your formulation.

If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying the glass bottle, clean it and take it to the glass collection. Sort the dispenser according to the material from the product parameters - if it is listed as plastic, include it in the plastic collection; if your municipality does not support sorting of such combined parts, follow the local sorting rules (in mixed waste if necessary).
