The Glass Bottle, Black Gloss, Oil Dispenser is a practical set for clean and controlled dispensing of liquid products in both cosmetics and selected food applications. The glass is materially stable and suitable for formulations where packaging neutrality and preservation of formulation properties during storage are important. Thanks to the opaque black glass, the packaging naturally limits light penetration and contributes to the protection of the contents from UV radiation, which will be especially appreciated for more sensitive active ingredients, extracts and oil blends. This packaging is also food-grade certified and therefore suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

Opaque glass naturally limits light penetration to the contents and contributes to UV protection. This is useful in products where light can accelerate changes in fragrance, colour or stability (such as extracts and oil blends).
The oil dispenser is mainly intended for oils and oil blends, or more liquid serums in an oil base, where hygienic and controlled dispensing is desired. For atypical viscosities or specific ingredients, we recommend a dosing test before filling a larger batch.
For some combinations it may be necessary to shorten the tubing to suit the height of the vial. We recommend cutting straight and carefully to maintain smooth dispensing and to ensure that the tubing fits properly to the bottom of the container.
Yes, the container can be reused if hygiene guidelines are followed. Before filling, the container should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) and then allowed to dry completely - for example, IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96% (denatured, vegetable) are suitable.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying the glass bottle, clean it and take it to the glass collection. Separate the plastic parts (dispenser and cap) and sort them in the plastic collection in accordance with the sorting rules in your municipality.
