The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and oil dispenser is a professional packaging designed primarily for precise and comfortable dosing of oil-based and liquid formulations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical dispensing system, it is suitable for filling products that require controlled application, protection from contact with air, and convenient use in everyday routines. The dark, opaque glass also helps protect more sensitive components from light, which is especially important for products containing oils, extracts, and antioxidants.
This glass bottle is supplied with a practical oil dispenser, and combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. All recommended sets on the website are designed to provide appropriate sealing and comfortable use for common cosmetic formulations.
Even with such verified combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing, and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for very fluid, viscous, or highly aromatic products).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle with oil dispenser is suitable for products containing essential oils, provided they are correctly diluted in a carrier oil or another suitable base. Glass is generally a stable material and does not absorb the fragrance or color of the contents. For formulations with a higher proportion of strongly aromatic components, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling in a smaller quantity and checking the long-term behavior of the product in the packaging.
The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use products available in our online shop, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After thorough drying, you can safely refill the bottle with the same or another compatible type of product.
Before a new filling, we recommend first cleaning the bottle mechanically – rinsing it with warm water and a mild, well‑soluble cleaning agent and ensuring complete removal of any residues of the original contents. It is then appropriate to disinfect the interior and the outer surfaces of the packaging, for example by using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. After disinfection, let the bottle dry completely at room temperature so that no moisture remains inside that could affect the stability of the new product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the recommendations stated in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle can, after removing product residues and detachable parts, be disposed of in the designated container for sorted glass waste. The dispenser and any plastic components must be sorted according to the type of material given for the product, or placed in mixed waste if separate collection is not available for the given material. Observing these principles helps reduce the amount of waste and supports recycling processes.
To make selection easier, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filters, you can quickly choose packaging according to neck type, size, color, or material and thus narrow down the selection to options that are suitable for your specific formulation. We recommend comparing several types of packaging within one category and, before making a final decision, checking the compatibility of the chosen packaging with the planned product type.
