The glass bottle with black matte surface and black-gold spray pump is an elegant and functional packaging for both professional and home formulations. Thanks to the high-quality glass, it is suitable for carefully developed cosmetic products, facial and body sprays or aromatic blends, where the cleanliness of the packaging, reliable dosing and a representative appearance of the product are important. The matte finish helps to reduce light penetration and, together with the dark glass, contributes to better protection of sensitive active ingredients against degradation.
The spray pump makes it possible to create a fine, even film on the skin or on a surface, which is ideal for products that require comfortable and hygienic application without direct contact with the contents. High-quality glass is stable in the long term, easy to clean and, with proper handling, also suitable for repeated use of the packaging within your own production.
This product is supplied as a combination of glass bottle and spray pump. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (seal integrity, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, especially within your own production or when refilling the same type of product. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. We recommend using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging and the spray pump to dry completely and only then refill them.
We recommend first rinsing the glass part of the bottle with the residual medium (e.g. alcohol or a suitable cleaning solution), then washing it in an appropriate soapy solution, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and finally disinfecting it with alcohol. It is advisable to pump the cleaning solution and then alcohol through the spray head several times so that they pass through the entire dosing mechanism. After washing and disinfection, allow all parts to dry at room temperature, protected from dust. Only after they are completely dry should you refill them with product.
The spray pump is most suitable for low-viscosity liquids that can be dispersed into a fine mist – typically facial and body mists, toners, water-based and alcoholic solutions, aromatic sprays or light hair toners. Thick or highly oily products may reduce the quality of atomization or cause clogging of the nozzle, so for new formulations we always recommend testing the dosing and spray pattern on a small trial batch of the product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the information given in the parameter table for the product. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the appropriate glass recycling stream after being emptied and basically rinsed. The spray pump consists of several materials (plastic, metal components and possibly seals), and therefore as a rule we do not recommend throwing it into a glass container. In practice, the spray pump is most often removed and the bottle is recycled separately. Always follow local waste sorting rules and the recommendations given for the product in the parameters section.
