The glass bottle with a black matte surface and black spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid preparations that require gentle and even dosing in the form of a spray. The combination of high-quality glass and a practical spray pump ensures convenient use while maintaining the stability and protection of the contents. The dark, opaque glass helps protect sensitive components from light, thereby contributing to longer-term stability and quality of the stored formulations.
This bottle with spray pump is ready for immediate use as a complete package with spray dosing. Within the Handymade assortment, additional components are available that allow you to coordinate the design of your products across the entire product line. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify the behaviour of the specific recipe under real usage conditions.

The glass bottle with spray pump is generally also suitable for products containing essential oils intended for external use, provided they are properly diluted in accordance with recommended formulation principles. We always recommend preparing a trial batch and checking the stability of the contents, the functionality of the spray pump and the uniformity of dosing under real storage and usage conditions.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially if it remains designated for a similar type of product (for example, watery or alcoholic sprays). Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol for technical surface hygiene, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely to prevent any undesired change in the composition of the new fill.
We recommend flushing the spray pump several times with a suitable cleaning liquid, for example clean water or diluted alcohol, after the packaging has been emptied. After filling it with the cleaning liquid, press the pump several times so that the solution passes through the entire dosing path. Then allow the components to dry naturally at room temperature. For more viscous or oily formulations, we recommend testing whether the nozzle of the spray pump does not become clogged and whether the dosing remains even.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in glass collection after emptying and basic rinsing. The plastic components of the spray pump (head, tube, any seals) should be sorted with plastics, provided that the local collection system accepts such waste. Before placing them in the container, remove any remaining contents and make sure that the individual parts are, as far as possible, separated into glass and plastic.
