Glass bottle with black matte surface and black sprayer represents a professional packaging for liquid products where convenient and precise dosing in the form of a fine mist is important. High-quality glass combined with a functional sprayer is ideal for packaging cosmetic preparations, aromatherapeutic blends or other formulations where controlled application to the skin or into the air is required. The opaque dark glass helps to reduce light penetration to sensitive components and thus supports the stability and shelf life of the contents, especially for preparations containing vegetable oils, essential oils or active substances that are sensitive to light.
Yes, the bottle is suitable for repeated use, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly, including the sprayer, and then disinfect it, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after it has completely dried can you refill the bottle, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the stability of the new formulation.
The packaging is ideal for all products that are applied in the form of a fine mist, for example facial and body mist sprays, hydrolats, toners, hair tonics, protective and styling sprays, aromatherapeutic blends for room use or disinfectant solutions for hands and surfaces intended for external use. The dark glass is particularly suitable for formulations containing vegetable and essential oils or other light-sensitive components where better protection of the contents is required.
Before including the packaging in final production we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test with your specific formulation. Fill a smaller test quantity of the product into the bottle, close it with the sprayer and observe the behaviour of the packaging over time – sealing, any leakage, changes in colour or fragrance, as well as the smoothness and fineness of spraying. For products with a higher proportion of alcohol or essential oils it is advisable to test longer-term storage under normal conditions to verify that the materials form a stable and functional system for the entire declared shelf life.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be handed over to glass collection after being emptied and rinsed, while the plastic and metal parts of the sprayer (cap, pumping mechanism, tube) belong in the appropriate sorted waste according to local rules. Before handing it over for collection it is advisable to remove product residues to facilitate the recycling process and minimise the environmental burden.
