FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to use this glass bottle with dropper repeatedly?

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging, check the integrity of the dropper and then completely disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and affecting the stability of the new batch of product.

How should I correctly clean and prepare the bottle before the first filling?

Before the first filling, we recommend visually checking the bottle, rinsing it with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the internal space and the dropper with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). After the alcohol has evaporated and a dry state has been reached, you can fill the packaging with the prepared product.

We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry, clean and well-ventilated environment, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. For products containing volatile substances (essential oils, alcohol-based solutions), it is important to ensure the dropper is tightened thoroughly so that evaporation or undesired leakage of the contents does not occur.

How can I dispose of or recycle this glass bottle in an environmentally friendly way if I no longer want to use it?
