The glass dropper bottle with dispenser represents a professional packaging suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations in cosmetics as well as in artisan production. High-quality glass combined with a practical dispensing closure allows comfortable application, protects the contents from contamination and supports the stability of sensitive formulations during storage and use.
This type of packaging is popular for filling serums, solutions, active concentrates or homemade blends, where control of the amount with each press of the pump is important. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed dispensing head, the contents are applied evenly, which reduces product waste and increases user comfort in everyday use.
This product represents a complete combination of glass bottle with dispenser, ready for immediate use after filling. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or acids.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the dispensing part, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after it is completely dry is the packaging ready for refilling.
First, we recommend mechanically removing residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. The glass part can then be rinsed again with clean water and left to dry thoroughly. The dispensing head should be rinsed with water in such a way that the solution also reaches the inside of the pump, and then disinfected with alcohol (ALK001 / ALK002), followed by draining and drying. After these steps, the packaging is ready for a new filling.
The recycling method is determined by the material specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle can usually be placed in sorted glass collection according to local rules. The dispensing part is mostly made of plastics and metal elements, so it is recommended to separate it from the bottle and handle it in accordance with the recommendations for the given type of plastic at the collection point. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove as much product residue as possible so that the packaging is prepared for further processing in the recycling process.
The dispensing mechanism is ideal for liquid to slightly viscous products such as facial and hair serums, fluid emulsions, toners or aqueous solutions with active ingredients. For very thick creams or gels, dosing may be limited, so we recommend first testing the behaviour of the specific formula in a smaller amount to verify the smoothness and reliability of dosing.
When choosing a suitable bottle, medicine bottle or other packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. The advanced filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category and allows clear filtering by several parameters – especially by neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that will match your formula, the desired volume and the visual style of your brand.
Yes, this type of glass medicine bottle with dispenser is very practical precisely for smaller trial series, development samples or limited editions of products. It allows you to monitor the behaviour of the formulation in real packaging, test dosing, consistency and user comfort. However, when working with new active ingredients, we always recommend carrying out short-term and longer-term stability tests to verify the compatibility of the product with the packaging and the dispensing mechanism.
