The glass vial with dispenser represents a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid formulations where precise, hygienic and comfortable application is important. High-quality glass in combination with practical dispensing helps protect the stability of the contents during storage and use.
Thanks to the durable glass, this small bottle is ideal for products that are sensitive to external influences and repeated opening. The dispenser makes it easier to control usage, reduces the risk of contamination and supports the professional presentation of the finished product in both home and artisan production.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters – for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The glass bottle is suitable for filling many types of concentrated cosmetic formulations, especially where higher chemical stability of the packaging is required. However, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test with the specific formula, especially in the case of a high content of acids, bases, alcohol or other reactive components, in order to verify the behaviour of the packaging, the sealing and the dosing in real use.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed, especially in home and artisan production where you can fully control the cleaning process. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example with products such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready for the next filling, thereby minimising the risk of microbial contamination.
To verify compatibility, we recommend filling a small test batch of the product into the bottle and monitoring it for several days to weeks under the planned storage conditions. Pay particular attention to the tightness of the closure or dispenser, the stability of the product’s appearance, any changes in odour or colour, and any changes to the surface in contact with the contents. Such a pre-test helps prevent problems when filling larger quantities of products and is an important step in the development of every new product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part can generally be placed in the glass container after emptying and basic rinsing, while the plastic and any metal parts of the dispenser should be sorted according to local rules for the collection of plastics and metals. Before handing it over for recycling, it is best to remove any product residues and any labels so that sorting is as efficient as possible.
