The glass dropper bottle with a white surface and a black ribbed child-resistant cap is a professional packaging solution suitable for the safe filling of various liquid preparations. The opaque glass contributes to better protection of light-sensitive components, which is particularly important for products prone to degradation. In combination with a high-quality child-resistant cap, the bottle provides reliable sealing and controlled dispensing, making it suitable for cosmetic as well as technical formulations according to the manufacturer’s needs.
The set assembled in this way forms a functional combination of bottle and child-resistant cap designed for precise and safe closure. Packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, the cap’s behaviour during long-term use and the reaction of the packaging with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, content of acids or bases, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product specifications.
If you decide not to recycle the packaging after use by refilling it, we recommend properly sorting it according to the material specified in the parameter table for the product. The glass part should be taken to glass collection, and plastic components (for example the cap or sealing insert) should be sorted according to local plastic collection rules. Before placing the packaging in the container, it is advisable to remove any product residues to avoid contamination of the recycling stream.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned mechanically, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol in technical cleaning grade or plant-based ethanol. For this purpose, you can use products available on Handymade, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely to prevent dilution or impact on your formulation from residues of the cleaning agent.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the glass container with warm water and a mild detergent, thoroughly removing all foam residues and then allowing it to dry completely in a clean, dust-free environment. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the contact surfaces of the cap with an alcohol-based preparation and allow it to evaporate. A bottle prepared in this way is better suited for filling sensitive cosmetic or laboratory formulations and reduces the risk of microbial contamination.
If you no longer plan to use the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the parameter table for the product. The glass part should, after emptying and basic rinsing, be placed in the appropriate glass container. The cap and any plastic inserts or seals should be sorted with plastics in accordance with local collection rules. By separating the individual components, you support more efficient processing in the recycling process and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The bottle is ideal for concentrated liquid formulations where precise dosing and good protection from light and air are important. In practice, it is often used for facial serums, active solutions with acids, vitamin concentrates, hair tonics, caring oil elixirs or special dermocosmetic solutions. Thanks to the safe cap, it is also suitable for products that are used in small quantities but regularly, such as evening treatments or intensive regenerating preparations.
To choose the right packaging, you can use the advanced filter directly in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category, a filter panel appears at the top of the page, where products can be sorted according to several parameters. In practice, you can select packaging according to neck type, overall size, colour variant and according to the material of the container or cap. By combining these filters, you will quickly find a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or jar for a specific formulation and method of dispensing.
Yes, the smaller glass bottle is very practical for trial and pilot series of products where you need to monitor stability, odour, colour and the behaviour of the formulation in the real packaging. It allows convenient batch labelling, visual inspection of the contents during filling and subsequent sample archiving. Thanks to repeatable cleaning and disinfection, the same set of packaging can be used long term for internal testing of different formulations, which reduces the consumption of new packaging material.
