The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed; however, it is recommended that it be reserved long term for the same type of product. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will ensure minimisation of microbial risk and suitable conditions for the stability of your formulation.

The glass part of the packaging can be rinsed with a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsed with clean water and left to dry completely. For the dispenser it is important to avoid mechanical damage and excessive soaking of parts that contain springs or seals. After cleaning, all parts must be disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol from our range, and allowed to evaporate before reuse. Make sure that no residual water remains inside the packaging or in the dispensing mechanism, as this could affect the stability of the product.

The glass vial with white cream dispenser is suitable for minimalist and premium brands, because it offers a clean and timeless appearance. If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the material information given in the product parameters. The glass part of the vial can usually be placed, after removal of product residues, in the container intended for glass, while the plastic dispenser is sorted according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging at least partially in order to remove cosmetic residues and facilitate processing in the recycling process.
