Glass bottle – pharmaceutical vial with white aluminium cap is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dispensing and safe storage of various liquid formulations. High-quality glass in combination with a metal closure creates a stable container that is ideal for cosmetic solutions, concentrates, serums and other products for which purity, long-term stability and protection of the contents from external influences are important. Thanks to its precisely engineered closure, the bottle provides reliable sealing and minimises the risk of leakage or contamination.
The bottle is a universal container that you can use for thin as well as slightly thicker liquid formulations such as facial serums, toners or treatment drops. The specific suitability for very viscous products, however, depends mainly on the selected type of closure or applicator (dropper, pipette, spray pump, etc.), therefore we always recommend doing a trial filling and testing the dosing.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbiological contamination and undesirable interactions between residues of the original product and the new formulation.
First remove the residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. Then thoroughly rinse the bottle and the cap with clean water to make sure no detergent residues remain. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the packaging with alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % plant-based denatured, and allowing it to air out completely before refilling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition indicated in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, dispose of the glass part of the bottle in the appropriate glass container. The metal aluminium cap should be sorted as metal waste if allowed by local waste collection rules. Before sorting, always follow the labelling and recommendations in the product parameters table and the applicable waste sorting rules in your municipality.
