The glass dropper bottle with a white surface and matte silver dropper is an elegant and professional packaging solution, ideal for dosing concentrated liquids drop by drop. The combination of high-quality glass and a functional dropper ensures precise, hygienic and consistently repeatable dosing, which makes it suitable for packaging serums, oils, extracts and other liquid formulations. The opaque white design helps protect the sensitive contents from light and supports the stability of active substances during storage.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a functional dropper designed for precise dosing of liquids. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially in the case of a high content of acids, alcohol or essential oils.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dropper bottle is primarily intended for liquid, low- to medium-viscosity formulations for which smooth dripping can be ensured. For very thick oils or gel textures, we recommend testing the speed and smoothness of dosing before filling. If the dropper does not allow comfortable use, it is better to choose packaging with a pump or another type of dispenser that is adapted to thicker fills.
You can reuse the glass bottle if you follow hygienic principles. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol with a quality intended for technical use. On Handymade you will find, for example, the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 denatured plant-based, which are intended for disinfection of packaging and work surfaces.
Before cleaning, completely remove the dropper from the neck of the bottle. It is advisable to first rinse the glass or plastic pipette and the rubber part with a suitable solvent compatible with the original fill (for example a vegetable oil for oil-based formulations), then wash with warm water and a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend spraying or wiping the surfaces with alcohol intended for disinfection and allowing them to dry thoroughly. Before reuse, always check that the dropper seals properly and drips smoothly.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it correctly according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. After emptying the glass bottle, remove any remaining contents and place it in the container intended for sorted glass collection. The dropper is composed of several materials (for example plastic, rubber and possibly metal) which are usually not separated in municipal sorting – therefore follow local waste collection rules or dispose of it in mixed waste if the recycling system does not allow separation of these components. It is always recommended to check the current recommendations of your local recycling centre or municipality.
On Handymade you can use the advanced filter when choosing packaging, which is located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In this filter you can easily select the required parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. Thanks to the combination of several filters, you can quickly narrow down the offer to those packaging options that best correspond to the properties of your product and your preferred design.
