The glass bottle, vial, white frosted dropper is a practical packaging material designed for the safe packaging and accurate dispensing of liquid formulations. The material stability of glass makes it suitable for products where cleanliness, neutral compatibility and preservation of the properties of the contents are important. With dark glass, light transmission is naturally reduced, helping to protect UV-sensitive ingredients. This packaging is also food grade, making it suitable for selected products intended for indoor use (while maintaining filling hygiene).
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes. As the packaging is food grade, it is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. When filling, take care to ensure hygiene, correct closure and appropriate storage according to the nature of the contents.
Yes. Dark glass naturally restricts the transmission of light, thereby promoting the protection of UV-sensitive ingredients (e.g. oils, extracts or certain active ingredients). For stability of the contents, we recommend storage out of direct sunlight.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%, and allowed to dry completely before refilling.
We recommend doing a custom compatibility test with your particular formulation. Check the seal, dispensing comfort and consistency of the drops, especially for thicker products or formulations with higher oil and active ingredient content.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. As the packaging is composed of glass, plastic and silicone, it is ideal to separate the components: sort the glass bottle into a glass container, the plastic parts of the dropper into a sorted waste container for plastics. Silicone components are sorted according to local rules; if separate collection is not available, they are usually included in mixed waste. Separating the parts will make recycling easier.
