Glass bottle – medicine bottle with white spray pump is a professional packaging solution designed for precise dosing of a fine mist when applying liquid preparations. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and integrated spray pump, it is suitable for filling cosmetic blends, toners and other liquid formulations where purity, stability and comfortable application are important. The glass is chemically stable, does not react with the contents and helps to preserve the properties of the filled product over the long term.
This glass bottle – medicine bottle with spray pump is sold as a ready‑made combination of the container and the dispensing component. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works optimally with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The spray pump is designed primarily for liquid, low‑viscosity preparations such as hydrolats, toners or aqueous solutions. Thick emulsions, gels or heavy oils may reduce the quality of spraying or clog the mechanism. Before final filling, we recommend performing a trial fill with your specific formula and verifying consistent dosing.
Yes, the glass bottle with spray pump can be safely reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the container, including the appropriate parts of the dispensing mechanism, must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant ethanol. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination, unwanted odours and chemical interactions between residues of the original product and the new formulation.
First, rinse the container mechanically with warm water and a suitable mild detergent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse the glass part thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface and the outside using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. The spray pump should be actuated several times with the disinfection solution and then left to dry at room temperature. In the event of any damage or wear of the dispensing mechanism, it is safer to replace it with a new piece.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with spray pump, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle should generally be placed in the glass container after removing any remaining contents. The plastic spray pump (and any other plastic parts) should be separated and sorted into the appropriate plastic container in accordance with local waste sorting rules. Before placing the packaging into sorted collection, empty it as much as possible to minimize the load on the recycling process from product residues.
The most effective way to choose is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, medicine bottles or spray pumps), you will find advanced filtering at the top of the page, where you can conveniently select the required parameters – neck type, size, colour and packaging material. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the range to the packaging options that match your formulation, brand design and practical dosing requirements.
We recommend testing compatibility before using the packaging finally for retail or long‑term use. Fill the bottle with a smaller amount of your formulation and observe the behaviour of the product for several days – changes in colour, odour, viscosity or any sedimentation. At the same time, regularly test the functionality of the spray pump, the sealing of the neck and the return of the mechanism after pressing. Carry out the test under conditions as close as possible to real storage conditions (temperature, light, handling) so that you obtain relevant data on long‑term stability and functionality.
