The glass vial bottle with white knurled lid with safety lock is a practical container for safe and hygienic packaging of liquid products where material stability and reliable closure are important. The glass is material neutral and suitable for a wide range of formulations - it does not affect the smell or composition of the contents. Thanks to the dark glass design, it naturally reduces light transmission and helps protect more sensitive ingredients from UV rays, which is especially appreciated for oils, extracts and actives. The locking lid promotes safer handling during storage and carrying - opening is only possible when squeezed. According to the enclosed certificate, this packaging is also food-grade, which makes it suitable for selected products intended for internal use.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes. The dark glass naturally reduces light transmission and helps limit the impact of UV rays on sensitive ingredients. For product stability, we recommend storing the packaging out of direct sunlight and sealing thoroughly after each use.
Yes. The packaging is food grade according to the certificate, so it is also suitable for tinctures, extracts and liquid nutritional supplements intended for internal use. When filling, we recommend that you observe the hygiene principles and test the compatibility with the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before filling.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Rinse the glass bottle and dispose of it in a glass container once the contents have been consumed. Separate the cap and any other components from the glass and dispose of them in the sorted plastics waste according to local rules. Separating the parts will facilitate recycling and reduce the proportion of mixed waste.
