The glass vial with black atomizer is a practical container for precise and hygienic packaging of liquid products where cleanness of dispensing, stability of the material and even atomization are decisive. The dark glass naturally reduces light exposure and also helps protect the contents from UV rays, which you will appreciate with more sensitive ingredients. The glass is material stable and neutral, so it promotes preservation of formulation quality during storage and normal use. This packaging is also food-grade listed, making it suitable for selected products intended for indoor use according to your filling and filling hygiene.
Combinations of packaging and caps, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own test of compatibility, seal, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation.

We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on the category. You can filter by throat, size, colour and material to quickly select the appropriate packaging and compatible dosage.
It is most suitable for aqueous and low viscosity formulations to be applied by fine spraying. For thicker or oily mixtures, we recommend a custom spray and pass test according to the specific formulation.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected with, for example, IPA 99 percent or Ethanol 96 percent and then allowed to dry completely.
We recommend using well homogenised and filtered solutions free of solid particles. For formulations with higher extract or resin content, it is advisable to do a self application test and keep the nozzle clean after use to minimize product residue drying.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying the glass vial, clean it and take it to the glass collection. Sort the dispenser into the plastic collection according to local rules and according to the material specified in the documentation and parameters of the relevant part of the packaging. If possible, separate the parts before sorting.
