The glass bottle - vial with black knurled lid with safety lock is a practical packaging for safe and hygienic packaging of liquid products where material stability, filling cleanliness and reliable closure are important. The glass is material-neutral, making it suitable for more sensitive ingredients without undesirable effects on the smell or composition of the contents. The dark design naturally reduces light transmission and promotes UV protection for sensitive substances. The packaging is also food grade in the parameters.
The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

The locking mechanism helps to limit unwanted opening during handling and reduces the risk of accidental unscrewing. We recommend that you test the comfort of the opening in practice according to the application and frequency of use.
Yes. The packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. When filling, we recommend hygiene, proper sealing and storage according to the requirements of the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow all parts to dry completely before filling.
We recommend doing your own compatibility test: fill the container, close it, let it sit in different positions and check the seal, any leakage and the behaviour of the product in normal use. Viscosity, alcohol content, essential oils or active ingredients may be important.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Rinse the glass bottle and dispose of it in a glass container once the contents have been consumed. Separate the plastic parts (lid) and sort into plastic according to local sorting rules. Separating the materials will encourage more efficient recycling.
