Glass bottle – medicine bottle with fine mist sprayer is a professional packaging intended for precise and hygienic dosing of cosmetic and technical preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the glass body and high-quality spray mechanism, it represents a reliable solution for filling liquid formulations where stability, protection of the contents and controlled dosing without contact with the external environment are important.
Glass is a material that is stable in the long term and does not react with most commonly used cosmetic ingredients. The sprayer creates an even film of product on the skin or surface, which facilitates application and reduces consumption. This type of packaging is suitable for projects where you want to combine an aesthetic appearance, practical dosing and professional product presentation.
This glass bottle is designed as a functional set with sprayer, which enables direct use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The sprayer is optimally adapted for more liquid preparations such as aqueous solutions, toners, light sprays and fine oil or hydroalcoholic blends. With thick emulsions, the spraying quality may decrease or the mechanism may clog, therefore for creamier products we recommend considering another type of dosing (for example a pump or a tube). Before launching the product on the market, always test the behaviour of the specific formula in the sprayer.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is essential to clean the bottle thoroughly, rinse it and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with Isopropyl alcohol 99% or 96% ethanol denatured, plant-based. We recommend applying disinfection also to the internal parts of the sprayer, while it is necessary to take into account that long-term contact with strong solvents may shorten the lifetime of the plastic components. When changing the type of product (for example from perfume to facial toner), always carry out a test to avoid transfer of the fragrance or residues of the original preparation.
We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry and clean environment, without direct sunlight and away from sources of heat. The stability of the product depends on the formula used, therefore it is appropriate to choose storage at a stable room temperature and avoid extremes (frost, long-term overheating). During transport, ensure that the bottles are tightly closed, ideally placed in an upright position and protected from impacts, so that the glass or the sprayer is not damaged.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table by the product. The glass body of the bottle is usually intended for the glass container after thorough emptying and rinsing of product residues. The sprayer consists of a combination of plastic and metal parts, therefore it is appropriate to separate it from the glass container and dispose of it according to local rules for collection of plastic waste or mixed waste if no specific separate collection is available. Before handing over for recycling, make sure that no residues of hazardous or irritating substances remain in the packaging.
