The glass vial bottle is a practical and professional-looking packaging for liquid products, where the cleanliness of the packaging, the stability of the material and reliable storage are decisive. Glass is popular for its material neutrality and ease of maintenance when working in small and large batches. Thanks to its dark glass design, it naturally contributes to the protection of the contents from light and UV rays, which is especially appreciated by more sensitive ingredients such as oils, extracts or active ingredients. The packaging is also of food-grade quality, making it suitable for products intended for internal use (subject to hygiene principles and good filling practices).
The bottles are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or handy applicators) according to the chosen parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, dark glass is suitable for products where you want to limit the exposure of light to the contents. It is commonly used for oils, extracts and solutions with more sensitive actives.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the container should be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) and allowed to dry completely before use.
We recommend that you perform your own compatibility test: fill the container, close it, allow it to sit in different positions and check the seal, the functionality of the dispensing and the behaviour of the contents in normal use.
Yes, the packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for tinctures, liquid nutritional supplements and extracts intended for internal use. We recommend hygiene when filling and to choose the closure according to the type of use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Rinse the glass bottle and dispose of it in a glass container once the contents have been consumed. If the packaging has other components (such as a cap or dispenser), separate them and sort them by material into the appropriate sorted waste.
