The frosted brown glass bottle is a professional packaging solution suitable for careful filling of various liquid and partially viscous formulations, where protection of the contents, practical dosing and a representative appearance of the final product are important. Thanks to the durable glass and dark shade, the packaging is suitable for light-sensitive products, while it helps to reduce light penetration to the contents and supports the stability of active substances during storage and use.
The glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods, which you select in the product parameters. Depending on the chosen accessory, you can combine it, for example, with screw caps, dropper inserts, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators for more precise dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, this glass packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be carefully cleaned, the integrity of the glass and the closure checked, and then it must be disinfected with a suitable product. We recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for disinfection of packaging, which you can find on Handymade in the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after thorough cleaning and drying is the packaging ready for further safe use.
Before first use and for repeated filling, we recommend first mechanically removing any residue of the previous contents, then washing the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the parts that come into contact with the product with an alcohol-based product, for example using the products available on Handymade. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated and the inside of the bottle has dried do we recommend refilling the packaging.
When selecting a suitable dropper, spray pump or screw cap, it is necessary to follow the parameters given for the specific bottle and for the respective type of closure. On Handymade, several types of closures and dosing systems adapted to this glass bottle are available. We recommend choosing combinations that are listed on the site directly in the related accessories, because they are tested and functional. For your own combinations, always perform a leakage test and check whether the selected dosing system corresponds to the viscosity and character of your formulation.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle should be placed in the container intended for glass within the separate collection system. Before disposal, remove the closure and any dropper or spray pump, which are usually sorted separately according to material type (for example plastic or metal). Recycling rules may differ slightly depending on the municipality, so we recommend also following local waste sorting guidelines.
