The glass bottle with glossy dispenser represents an elegant and professional packaging intended for high‑quality cosmetic formulations that require precise and hygienic dosing. Thanks to the durable glass and practical dispensing mechanism, it is suitable for filling liquid as well as slightly gel‑like products where cleanliness of application, protection of the contents and a representative appearance are important.
This type of packaging is ideal for products where controlled application without unnecessary contact with air and hands is important. The glass bottle provides a stable environment for sensitive ingredients and, together with the glossy dispenser, creates an aesthetically striking, reliable and reusable packaging system.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the product detail. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be safely reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant‑based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and maintain the quality of the new product.
First remove residues of the original product by mechanically rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. Then allow the bottle and the dispensing mechanism to be thoroughly rinsed with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the internal surfaces using alcohol (IPA or ethanol) and letting it evaporate naturally. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready for a new filling.
When selecting closures and dosing systems, we recommend following the bottle parameters given in the product detail, especially the neck type. On Handymade there are compatible screw caps, pumps, droppers and sprayers available, which can be filtered within the relevant categories according to neck, material and colour. All combinations offered directly with the product are tested, but before final use always carry out a sealing and dosing test with your specific formulation.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations stated in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. The glass container can generally be placed, after emptying and basic cleaning, into sorted glass waste, while the dispenser is composed of several materials and should be sorted according to local waste collection rules. Always remove product residues before handing it over for collection so that the recycling stream is not contaminated.
For quick orientation we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can select according to several criteria, for example neck type, size, colour or material. By combining these parameters you can easily narrow down the selection to bottles, pill bottles or jars that best match your specific product and your requirements for design and functionality.
Yes, this type of glass bottle with dispenser is also suitable for smaller test series and development samples. Thanks to precise dosing you can better monitor the application properties of the formulation, the consistency and the product consumption. At the same time you obtain realistic feedback on the behaviour of the packaging during real use, which makes it easier to optimise the final packaging before implementation in larger‑scale production.
