Blue glass bottle with white safety cap represents a reliable and professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic products, serums, oils and other formulations, where protection of the contents and convenient dosing are important. The solid glass in combination with a practical cap with safety feature helps ensure secure closure and minimizes the risk of accidental opening during storage and transport.
The blue glass helps reduce light penetration, thereby contributing to better stability of more sensitive formulas, for example natural oil blends and aromatherapeutic preparations. The bottle is suitable for various types of liquid products that require precise dosing, and together with compatible closing options it creates a practical packaging for home as well as professional use.
This glass bottle is a stand-alone packaging component that is compatible with several types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected in the product details. It can be combined, for example, with screw caps, dropper inserts, pipettes, spray pumps or practical applicators, allowing you to set the dosing method according to the specific product and target use.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging material in contact with the specific formulation over the intended period of use.

The bottle can be reused if handled correctly and if there is no visible damage. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, while following hygiene principles and allowing the packaging to dry completely before filling.
Before the first filling we recommend mechanically rinsing the bottle, then washing it with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing it with clean water and allowing it to dry. After drying it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface with alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated and the packaging has dried is it ready to be filled with your formulation.
Glass packaging is generally a very stable material, suitable for most cosmetic oil and aromatic blends. The blue glass also helps limit light penetration, which can be advantageous for light-sensitive formulations. However, we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific recipe in the packaging under real storage conditions to verify the long-term stability and appearance of the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the parameter table for the product. The glass part can usually be deposited, after removing product residues and labels, in a container intended for glass. The safety cap is generally made of plastic and in most cases belongs in sorted plastic waste, but always follow local waste sorting rules and the information provided in the product parameters. Before handing the packaging over for collection, it is appropriate to empty it and minimize product residues.
