The glass bottle with aluminium closure represents a reliable packaging solution for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous preparations where purity, stability and professional product presentation are important. The blue glass helps protect more sensitive contents from the effects of light, which you will appreciate especially for oils, extracts and formulations with a higher share of active ingredients. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise sealing, this packaging is suitable for smaller doses, testers, samples and final product packaging.
The standalone glass bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the parameters selected in the offer – for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. The packaging and closure combinations created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the bottle ready for further safe use.
The bottle is ideal for packaging concentrated facial serums, oil elixirs, hair and beard oils, aromatherapeutic blends for external use or test samples of finished formulations. The blue glass helps protect light-sensitive components, which makes it suitable also for products with a higher content of plant extracts.
First we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle – rinsing it with warm water and a suitable detergent and thoroughly removing residues of the original product. It is then advisable to rinse the packaging with clean water, let it drain and disinfect it with alcohol, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. After complete drying in a clean environment, the bottle is ready for new filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the instructions given for the product in the parameter table. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed in the glass container after removing product residues. The aluminium cap should be sorted as metal waste, if the local collection system allows this. Before handing it over for recycling, empty the packaging as thoroughly as possible and rinse it if necessary.
