Clear glass bottle 100 ml represents a universal container suitable for packaging a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous products in cosmetics and artisanal production. The clear glass allows for visual control of the contents, which is appreciated by manufacturers as well as end customers when dosing and checking the colour or consistency of the product.
Thanks to the stable glass, the small bottle is suitable for homemade cosmetic formulations, herbal extracts, tinctures and aromatic blends, where the purity of the material and its minimal interaction with the contents are important. The well-made medicine bottle reduces the risk of odours penetrating from the surroundings and helps maintain the stability of the composition when stored correctly.
Glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed and it is handled appropriately. Before each refilling, it is necessary to clean the container thoroughly and then disinfect it – for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % (ALK001) or denatured ethanol of plant origin (ALK002). Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the bottle ready for further use.
Before first use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with potable water and then disinfecting both the surface and the interior with alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant products. After applying the alcohol, it is necessary to let the container dry in the air so that the alcohol evaporates completely and does not affect the fragrance or the stability of the filled product.
If you decide not to use the container any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting regulations. It is advisable to remove any product residues from the glass container and place it in the appropriate glass collection bin according to the designation in the product parameter table. Dispose of the closure or dispenser separately according to its material and local separate waste collection requirements. In this way you support responsible handling of packaging and the reduction of environmental impact.
The bottle can be used for a different type of product after thorough cleaning and disinfection, but it is recommended to maintain consistency of use – for example to use it long term either for oil-based or for water-based formulations. When changing the type of fill, it is important to remove all residues of the original product and to disinfect again with alcohol so that no undesirable chemical or sensory interactions occur between the old and the new contents.

In the filter you can combine several parameters at once – for example the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the container, colour or material. In this way you can quickly display only those bottles, jars or pots that meet the requirements of your product and the intended method of dispensing.
