Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the bottle and the cap to dry completely and only then fill them again.
Before first use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsing it with drinking water and letting it dry. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the cap with alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Make sure that no residues of water or cleaning agents remain in the packaging, as these could affect the stability of your formulation.
The glass bottle is suitable for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous or oil-based preparations, such as facial oils, serums or drop concentrates. For very thick formulations, it is important to choose a suitable type of cap or dispenser to ensure comfortable and controlled dosing. Before using it in practice, we recommend testing the dosing and the stability of the product in the specific combination of packaging + cap.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on the website. In most cases, the glass container can be placed in a container intended for glass, and it is advisable to empty it and remove any product residues. Separate the cap and any seals and sort them according to their material (for example into plastic waste if they are made of plastic). By following local waste separation rules, you contribute to responsible handling of packaging.

When filling a new batch for the first time, we recommend carrying out a trial filling on a smaller number of products. Check whether the bottle together with the selected cap is leak-tight even when inverted, whether the dosing is comfortable and whether the composition of the product does not damage the packaging (for example a high content of alcohol or acids). Also observe the behaviour of the contents during storage – changes in colour, cloudiness or unpleasant odour may indicate the need to adjust the formula or to choose another type of packaging.
