The glass bottle with a transparent body and a white ribbed safety cap is a practical packaging designed for precise and hygienic filling of liquid formulations. High-quality glass in combination with a safety closure helps protect the contents from contamination and unwanted opening, making the bottle suitable for both professional and home use. Thanks to the smooth inner surface, the packaging is ideal for filling various cosmetic, laboratory or specialized products with an emphasis on the stability and purity of the contents.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and unwanted reactions between residues of the previous product and the new formulation. For disinfection we recommend using technical alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which you can find in the offer as IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then rinsing it thoroughly with clean water and letting it drain. After drying, it is appropriate to disinfect the inner space of the packaging and the inner surfaces of the cap with alcohol (for example using IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). When cleaning, avoid aggressive chemicals that could damage the sealing elements of the closure or leave an unwanted odour.
The ribbed safety cap is designed so that, when correctly closed, it provides good tightness and reduces the risk of unwanted opening, which is practical when storing and carrying the bottle. Before transport, we recommend always checking that the cap is firmly tightened and that the seal is not visibly damaged. For formulations with a higher content of volatile substances or in case of pressure stress, it is appropriate to perform your own test – for example by simulating transport and positioning the packaging in different directions.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend disposing of it in an eco-friendly way in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information listed in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the glass container after thorough emptying and rinsing. The plastic cap is usually sorted separately according to the plastic type indicated in the description and material marking – separate it from the bottle before placing it in the container. For products with sensitive or strongly aromatic contents, it is appropriate to rinse the packaging as thoroughly as possible before recycling to reduce odour and formulation residues.
To select a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or other type of packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. With it, you can narrow down the offer according to several parameters – in particular according to the type and diameter of the neck, overall size, colour and material of the packaging. By combining the filters you will quickly find packaging that is compatible with specific closures, droppers or spray pumps and at the same time matches the desired design and the technical requirements of your product.
