Thanks to the stable and chemically resistant glass, this bottle is suitable for liquid preparations that require reliable protection, precise dosing and a representative appearance of the final product.
Yes, this glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for refilling with the chosen formulation.
First, rinse the bottle mechanically with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the previous contents. Then let the packaging dry thoroughly and, before filling, disinfect it with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant. Disinfection helps minimise microbial load and supports the stability of the final product.
The easiest way is to select directly in the category of closures, droppers or atomisers with the same neck type as stated in the bottle parameters. For your own combinations, we always recommend making a trial filling and testing whether the closure reliably seals, dispenses the required amount and whether the packaging is stable in contact with the specific formulation.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, recycling it according to the material stated in the product parameters is recommended. After emptying and basic rinsing, throw the glass bottle into the container intended for glass. The closure, which is usually made of a different material than glass, should be separated according to the material type (for example plastic or metal), in accordance with local waste sorting rules. Such a procedure helps an efficient recycling process and reduces the amount of waste.
