Combinations of containers and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, comfort and dosing accuracy, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation.

Yes, the glass bottle is suitable for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous products, including oil serums, oil blends and lighter emulsion solutions. For thicker formulations, we recommend choosing a type of cap or dispenser that ensures smooth and comfortable dosing (for example a dropper or a suitable applicator) and always testing in advance how the specific product behaves in the packaging.
You can reuse the bottle if you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned, residues of the previous filling removed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. We recommend using technical alcohol with a high concentration, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the packaging ready for new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend placing it, after emptying and basic rinsing, into separate collection according to the types of materials listed in the product parameters. The glass container is usually placed in the glass container, and the plastic or combined cap in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic. Before disposal, check the material designation in the parameter table at the product page on Handymade.sk and follow local waste-sorting rules.
