The glass bottle with spray pump represents a professional solution for dispensing liquid cosmetic preparations, aromatherapy blends or laboratory solutions where uniform application as a fine mist is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray mechanism, the packaging is suitable for preparations that require hygienic and controlled dispensing without contact with the contents.
This type of bottle is ideal for formulations that require stable, inert and long-term reliable packaging. The robust glass protects the contents from environmental influences and, in combination with the functional spray pump, enables comfortable use during everyday application of products to the skin, hair, textiles or into the air.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The spray bottle is designed primarily for low-viscosity preparations – hydrosols, water-based toners, light face and body mists or aromatic solutions. With thicker emulsions or oils, the spray quality may decrease or the nozzle may become clogged. Before final filling, we recommend testing the behaviour of your specific formulation in a smaller amount and verifying the uniformity and reliability of dosing.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles and appropriate cleaning are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to carefully rinse the bottle and the spray pump, mechanically remove residues of the original product and then disinfect the packaging. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for technical and cosmetic use, which you can find in the Handymade range (e.g. products available in the alcohol section). After disinfection, allow the packaging to air out thoroughly and dry in order to minimise the risk of alcohol residues in the new formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend classifying it as waste according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can, after emptying and basic cleaning, be placed in the appropriate glass container according to local waste-sorting rules. The spray mechanism and plastic parts should be separated from the bottle and disposed of according to the recommendations for the given type of plastic specified in the technical information for the product. Before handing over to sorted collection, do not leave residues of concentrated preparations in the bottle so as not to contaminate other recycled material.
The bottle can also be used for different types of formulations; however, it is important to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection between each use so that fragrances, colours or active substances do not mix. After emptying, we recommend disassembling the bottle (separating the spray pump from the glass), rinsing it thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing with clean water and disinfecting with a suitable alcohol-based agent. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for further use with a new type of product.
