The glass bottle, vial, black dropper is a professional packaging designed for accurate dosing and safe packaging of liquid preparations. The stability of glass makes it suitable for products where it is important to preserve the original properties of the contents without unwanted effects of the packaging. As it is a dark glass, it naturally helps to protect sensitive ingredients from light and UV radiation (e.g. oils, extracts or active ingredients). The packaging is food-grade certified and therefore also suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.
The combinations of containers and closures, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging is food-grade certified, so it is also suitable for tinctures, liquid nutritional supplements and extracts intended for internal use. We recommend that you observe filling hygiene, appropriate storage and do your own compatibility test with the specific contents.
Dark glass reduces light transmission and naturally promotes UV protection of the contents. This is particularly advantageous for oils, extracts and formulations with more sensitive active ingredients where light can affect stability.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%, and allowed to dry completely before refilling.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Empty the glass container, rinse if possible and dispose of in a glass container. Separate and sort the other parts according to the material listed next to the product (e.g. plastic parts for plastics); sorting is governed by the collection rules in your municipality.
