The glass vial, black and gold atomizer, smoke top is an elegant and functional container designed for practical packaging of liquid products with an emphasis on hygienic application and even dispersion. The glass is suitable for storage of mixtures where material stability and minimizing adverse effects of the packaging on the contents is important. As it is a dark glass, the packaging naturally contributes to a reduction in light transmission and UV radiation, which is particularly appreciated by more sensitive ingredients. The product parameters also indicate food grade, which makes the packaging suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided that hygiene principles are observed.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

The atomizer is best suited for liquid, low viscosity products to be applied with a fine mist. For oil-based or thicker formulations, we recommend testing the flow and dispersion to avoid clogging the mechanism.
Yes, the product parameters state food grade, therefore the packaging is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. We recommend that you observe filling hygiene and always test the behaviour of the contents when spraying and storing.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96% (denatured, vegetable), and then all parts should be allowed to dry completely.
For formulations with ingredients that can form deposits, we recommend continuously flushing the mechanism with a suitable liquid compatible with your product and wiping the dispenser outlet after use. Always perform your own dispersion and flow test when changing formulations or viscosities.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Packaging is composed of several materials, so separate the components: sort the glass container into the glass container, the plastic parts of the atomizer into plastic and the aluminium parts into metal according to local sorting rules. Before sorting, empty the container and rinse if possible.
