The glass vial, tall, white frosted dropper is a professional packaging designed for safe and accurate dispensing of liquid products. The combination of glass container and drip applicator makes it particularly suitable for products where cleanliness, stability and controlled dispensing are important. The dark glass significantly reduces light transmission, helping to protect light-sensitive ingredients and promoting the long-term quality of the contents. The packaging is food grade and therefore suitable for selected products intended for internal use (depending on the nature of the filling).
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. We recommend that the packaging is thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected before each refill. For example, you can use IPA 99% (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002) for disinfection according to your internal procedures and compatibility with the filling.
Yes, this packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, such as tinctures or drop extracts. We always recommend checking compatibility with the specific formulation and dosage method.
Dark glass significantly reduces the transmittance of light radiation, helping to protect the light-sensitive ingredients and promote stability of the filling. For maximum protection, we recommend storage in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Take the glass part to a glass collection centre according to local rules (the packaging should be empty and rinsed). Plastic and silicone parts, if you can separate them, sort them separately by material within the capacity of your collection system; if separation is not possible, dispose of them according to local rules for mixed waste.
We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on a category. This allows you to sort your packaging clearly by key parameters such as neck, size, colour and material to quickly find the most suitable choice for your product.
