The tall glass vial with black lid with dropper is a professional packaging set designed for accurate and hygienic dispensing. The combination of dark glass and dropper cap is suitable for packaging both liquid and low viscosity formulations where material stability, protection of contents and controlled drop-by-drop dispensing are important. Naturally, dark glass helps to limit the effect of light, including UV, on sensitive ingredients during storage. Depending on the product parameters, the packaging is both cosmetic and food grade.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, food grade is indicated in the parameters for this product. For food applications, we recommend working cleanly, using dry and sanitized packaging, and always testing both the seal and the dispensing with the specific contents.
Yes, glass packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the container should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (ALK001) or Ethanol 96% (ALK002). Then allow the packaging to dry completely and refill until dry.
The drop cap is particularly suitable for formulations that you want to dispense dropwise or in small doses - typically serums, active solutions, oil blends, tinctures or flavour concentrates. For denser products, we recommend that you practice test the dispensing throughput and accuracy.
Dark glass helps limit light exposure to sensitive ingredients, but for maximum stability we recommend storing products in a dry place, out of direct sunlight and at a stable temperature. When sealing, keep the neck clean and free of product residue to promote a reliable seal.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Take the glass bottle (empty and rinsed) to your local glass collection. Sort the cap parts and dropper separately by material (e.g. plastic) if your collection system allows it.
