The tall glass vial with roll-on applicator is a practical container for precise and hygienic application of liquid mixtures directly on the skin. Thanks to the dark glass, the contents are naturally better protected from light and the packaging is UV-resistant, which is especially appreciated for formulations with more sensitive actives, extracts or aromatic ingredients. The glass is materially stable and suitable for products where purity of material and reliable storage without unwanted packaging influences are important. This set is particularly suitable for cosmetic applications and, depending on the product parameters, is also available in food grade.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, if food grade is indicated in the parameters for this product. In this case, the packaging is suitable, for example, for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures or extracts intended for internal use, provided that hygiene and correct closure are observed.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. The packaging should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each refill - for example, IPA 99% (ALK001) or Ethanol 96% (ALK002) may be a suitable choice. Then allow the packaging to dry completely and refill until dry.
We recommend filling into a clean, dry container and following the correct sealing procedure. Always test for compatibility with your formulation when using a new product, as the composition of the refill can affect both the seal and the smoothness of application.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying and rinsing, take the glass vial to a glass collection service according to local regulations. Separate the roll-on cap parts by material if your collection system allows; otherwise dispose of them as mixed waste.
