Surfinesse Cleanse is an innovative , gentle, plant-derived surfactant created by Hallstar for advanced oil cleaning products. It combines Polyglyceryl-4 Olivate and Ethyl Olivate - ingredients from olive oil that effectively remove makeup, SPF and impurities without a greasy feeling. Upon contact with water, it transforms into a lightweight oil-to-milk cleanser that leaves skin feeling refreshed, hydrated and perfectly clean.
Surfinesse Cleanse is 100% natural, palm derivative free and suitable for vegan formulations. It is COSMOS- and NaTrue-certified. It stands out for its light sensoriality, its gentle cleansing action and its very good compatibility with vegetable oils, esters and alkanes. Clinical tests have confirmed that it improves skin hydration between 1 and 3 hours after rinsing.
Ideal as a main or secondary tenside in cleansing formulations:
Recommended dosage: 15-30 % as a single surfactant or < 15 % in combination with other surfactants.
Clear light yellow liquid with excellent solubility in oils such as Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Coco Caprylate or Squalane. To improve transparency a small amount of water can be added during mixing. It maintains the foaming power of the system even at higher concentrations and allows for a gentle, complete rinse without residue.

Yes, due to its olive origin and gentle texture, it is also suitable for sensitive and dry skin. It does not leave a tight or greasy feeling after rinsing.
