Square glass bottle with aluminium cap 10 ml is a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for smaller quantities of cosmetic and other specialised preparations. High-quality glass in combination with a precise metal closure offers reliable protection of the contents and comfortable dispensing for home production as well as professional production of cosmetics or artisan products.
This type of bottle is ideal for filling liquid, slightly viscous and lightly oily formulations that require precise dosing and long-term stability. The smooth inner surface of the glass makes it easier to empty the contents and minimises product residues, which is practical for valuable active ingredients, extracts and aromatherapeutic blends.
The glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods according to the selected parameters in the packaging category. You can combine it with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators that allow you to adapt the dosing to the character of the specific product.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to verify the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, alcohol content, etc.).

The glass bottle is suitable for liquid and slightly viscous products including oil serums, facial oils and herbal oil macerates. For very thick formulations we recommend adapting the choice of closure or applicator (for example using a suitable dropper or another dosing type) based on testing of the specific recipe.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ target="_blank") or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/ target="_blank"). Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
First remove the residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for washing dishes. Then thoroughly rinse the bottle with clean water so that no detergent residues remain, and let it dry completely. After drying it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the thread, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the Handymade range, and allow the alcohol to evaporate completely before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle can be placed into a collection container intended for glass according to the locally applicable waste sorting rules. We recommend sorting the metal aluminium cap separately into a container intended for metal packaging, if the sorting system in your municipality allows it. Before handing over for recycling it is advisable to remove product residues and any labels to the extent permitted by local recycling recommendations.
