Thanks to this, you will quickly select bottles, vials or jars that will be compatible with the selected closures or dispensers and at the same time will meet your formulation and visual requirements.

We recommend verifying compatibility on a small test sample before filling the entire batch. Fill several bottles with the same formulation and monitor the behaviour of the solution and the packaging over time – in particular the sealing, consistency and flow during actuation, the uniformity of spraying and any changes in odour or colour. Also observe the mechanical resistance of the spray during repeated use. The test should be carried out under similar conditions to those under which your product will be stored and used.

We recommend storing filled bottles with nasal spray in a dry, clean environment, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. During storage, it is important that the closure is tightly closed and the dosing mechanism is protected from impurities. If you are working with sensitive active ingredients, also follow the recommendations of the raw material manufacturer for storage temperature and duration. After opening the product, it is advisable to set a maximum period of use according to the nature of the nasal solution and its preservation.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local regulations and the information given in the parameter table for the product. The glass part of the bottle, after thorough emptying and rinsing, is usually placed in the glass container, while the plastic and metal parts of the spray mechanism should be sorted according to the type of material or handed over at a collection yard if they cannot be easily separated. Before recycling, always remove product residues so that the packaging can be efficiently processed in the recycling process.
