Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the internal space has completely dried is the bottle ready for the next filling.

Before first use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. To ensure hygienic cleanliness, it is then appropriate to disinfect the internal space of the packaging as well as the parts of the sprayer with an alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After applying the disinfection, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information given in the product parameters. As a rule, the glass container should be emptied, any remaining content removed and placed in the appropriate glass container. The sprayer and any other plastic components are sorted according to the material designation in the product parameter table. Before handing over to sorted collection, we recommend checking the local recycling rules in your municipality or city.

The bottle with spray is ideal especially for low-viscosity and medium-viscosity liquids such as hydrolats, toners, aqueous or alcoholic solutions, light serums and room sprays. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, we always recommend carrying out a practical spraying test to verify whether the selected type of spray head will ensure the required fineness and dose consistency. For specific or sensitive formulations, it is appropriate to carry out a long-term stability test in the packaging as well.

In the advanced filter you can combine several criteria – type and size of the neck, overall size of the packaging, colour and material. In this way, you will quickly display only those packages that correspond to your formulation, preferred design and technical requirements for dosing.

In such a case, we recommend first ordering a smaller number of pieces and carrying out your own compatibility tests. Focus on the behaviour of the product in contact with the glass and the sprayer components, on the stability of colour, scent and consistency during storage, and on the reliability of the mechanism during repeated use. Carry out the tests under conditions as similar as possible to real use, including temperature, handling method and storage duration. Only after successful testing do we recommend switching to full production.
