Flat medical glass bottle with plastic dropper cap is a professional packaging component suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations. The shape of the medicine bottle makes handling and storage easier and, in combination with the dropper, supports controlled, hygienic and economical use of products. Thanks to the stable glass and practical closure, it is suitable for formulations where the cleanliness of the contents and a repeatable dose are important.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging is suitable for your particular product.

The bottle with dropper cap is intended primarily for liquid and medium-viscosity solutions for which dropwise or very fine dosing is desired. Thicker oils and markedly more viscous preparations may drip more slowly, so we recommend preparing a small trial batch and checking whether the dosing rate is suitable for your specific product.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and the impact on the stability of the new formulation from residues of the original product.
Before the first and every repeated use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent, thorough rinsing with water) and letting it dry completely. Then it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the contact parts of the cap with an alcohol solution, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection before filling is crucial for maintaining the stability and hygiene of your products.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type given in the parameter table for the product. The glass part of the bottle is usually placed in the container designated for glass, and the plastic cap and dropper in the container designated for plastic. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging and remove any remaining contents so that recycling is as efficient as possible and in line with local waste sorting rules.
