Plastic bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser represents a practical and universal packaging for liquid cosmetic formulations and galenic preparations for which precise and controlled dosing is important. The transparent design allows visual control of the contents, while the aesthetically crafted glossy white‑silver dispenser supports the professional appearance of the finished product. This packaging is designed for comfortable use in both home and professional production, where emphasis is placed on reliability, hygiene and consistent dosing.
This bottle – pharmaceutical bottle is supplied directly with a functional dispenser, and the combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific cosmetic formulation. By checking, you will prevent unwanted leakage, changes in viscosity or damage to the packaging during long‑term storage.

Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfect them, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based. The disinfection step is important to minimise microbiological risk and maintain the stability of your cosmetic products.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent, taking care to remove product residues thoroughly, especially from the dispensing mechanism. Then allow all parts to dry well and, before refilling, disinfect them using alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol. After applying the alcohol, allow the pharmaceutical bottle and the pump to ventilate and dry completely so that no residues of the disinfecting medium remain inside.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. Boiling or washing in a dishwasher is not recommended, because there is a risk of deformation of the bottle or damage to the dispensing mechanism. For hygienic preparation before reuse, we recommend gentle mechanical cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, followed by disinfection with alcohol, which is considerably more material‑friendly and at the same time effective.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that, after emptying and basic cleaning, you sort it correctly according to the material specified in the product parameters. The transparent bottle itself can usually be placed in the appropriate container for plastic waste, and the dispensing head should, where possible, be separated and sorted according to local rules for mixed plastic components. Adapt the exact method of separation to the recommendations of your municipality or city so that recycling is as effective as possible.
