Plastic bottle – pill bottle with spray dispenser represents a practical and professional packaging solution for various cosmetic and technical liquid preparations. Thanks to the integrated spray head, it enables fine, even dispersion of the product onto the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces, while ensuring convenient and hygienic dosing. The transparent container provides an overview of the filled product volume and makes stock control easier in both home and professional production.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and spray dispenser, which is designed to work reliably together under normal use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The spray mechanism is optimal mainly for low-viscosity, liquid formulations such as toners, waters, light serums or cleaning solutions. With thicker emulsions or gel-like consistencies, atomisation may be impaired or the nozzle may become clogged, therefore we recommend always performing a trial with a smaller amount of product before final filling.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray head must be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product. We particularly recommend disinfection using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the container.
The plastic packaging is designed for normal storage at room temperature and for filling under moderate temperature conditions. Do not expose the bottle to a direct heat source, prolonged exposure to high temperatures or intensive mechanical stress, in order to avoid damage or a reduction in the service life of the packaging. When handling the contents, always take into account the properties of the specific formulation (e.g. alcohol content or active ingredient content) and verify its compatibility with the packaging using a trial batch.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and on the recycling marking of the packaging. It is advisable to mechanically separate the bottle and the spray dispenser before sorting so that the individual parts can be properly processed in the collection system. Recycling rules may differ depending on the location, therefore also follow the instructions of your local municipal waste collection.
