The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical packaging for modern cosmetic formulations, liquid body care products and various auxiliary solutions. Thanks to reliable dispensing, it is suitable for products where controlled and hygienic application without unnecessary wastage of the contents is important.
The design of the dispenser allows comfortable application of liquid to slightly viscous preparations, and the packaging is designed to be user-friendly and easy to grip for both home and professional cosmetic manufacturing. The protective cap helps reduce the risk of unintentional pressing of the pump during storage or transport.
This bottle with integrated dispenser forms a functional unit of packaging and closure. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify long-term stability and reliability in real use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If the bottle body is made from PET material, it must be taken into account that PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures. In the case of excessive heating there is a risk of deformation of the packaging, therefore this material is not recommended to be washed in a dishwasher or boiled. For cleaning and hygienic preparation before refilling, gentle procedures at room temperature in combination with suitable disinfection are more appropriate.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if it is in suitable technical condition, but it is always important to follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend carefully cleaning the bottle and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready to be filled with a new formulation.
We recommend cleaning the bottle by hand, using a mild cleaning agent and lukewarm water, without aggressive solvents and without using high temperatures. For PET-type materials, washing in a dishwasher or boiling is not recommended, as this could lead to deformation or weakening of the packaging walls. After washing, allow all parts to dry naturally and then use disinfection to minimise the microbial risk before the next filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website. First, empty out as much of the remaining contents as possible and separate the individual parts (bottle body, pump, cap) according to the material. Then place them in the appropriate sorted waste container, for example in the container intended for plastics, if the product parameters indicate a plastic material. By following local waste-sorting rules, you support effective recycling of packaging materials.
The dispensing mechanism is primarily designed for liquid to slightly viscous preparations, such as tonics, light fluids or thin emulsions. For significantly thick creams or balms, dispensing may be limited, therefore when developing a new formulation it is recommended to carry out a test of suction and dose uniformity. Within pilot production, verify whether the pump reliably draws up the contents and whether clogging or irregular dosing does not occur.
