This bottle is supplied with a functional spray dispenser that provides convenient application of liquids in the form of a fine mist.
Plastic bottles are generally compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray dispensers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters of the specific product.

For all combinations, however, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing, thread stability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil vs. water base, etc.).

Technical parameters

All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
When working with this plastic packaging, it applies that PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures.
In contact with high temperatures, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging, which may affect the functionality of the spray dispenser as well as the sealing of the thread.
The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning, we recommend gentle hand washing followed by disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based preparation.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is this plastic bottle suitable for repeated use?

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed and compatibility with your formulations is taken into account. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly washed, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol (for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for further safe use.

Can I sterilise the bottle with spray dispenser in boiling water or in a dishwasher?

For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is not recommended to expose it to high temperatures, as deformation of the bottle walls, the thread and the spray dispenser itself may occur. The packaging is not suitable for boiling or for washing in a dishwasher. For cleaning, use lukewarm water with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and use an alcohol-based preparation intended for this purpose for disinfection. This will preserve the shape and functionality of the spray mechanism.

For which types of formulations is the plastic bottle with spray dispenser most suitable?

The bottle with spray dispenser is ideal for low-viscosity liquids that need to be applied as a fine mist – for example toners, facial waters, hydrolats, hair sprays, body and refreshing sprays or home cleaning cosmetics intended for surfaces. With formulations containing a high proportion of oils, thick emulsions or gels, the functionality of the spray dispenser may be reduced, therefore we always recommend trial filling and checking the dosing quality.

How should I correctly recycle the plastic packaging if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend cleaning it appropriately after the contents have been used up and then placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol of the packaging. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if necessary, remove any product residues. The spray dispenser and the bottle body may be made of different plastic components – if possible, separate them according to local waste sorting rules. By recycling the packaging, you reduce the amount of plastic waste and support a more sustainable approach when working with cosmetic and cleaning preparations.

How can I test the compatibility of my formulation with this bottle and spray dispenser?

Before finally introducing the packaging into production, we recommend preparing a smaller test batch of your product and filling it into one or more bottles.
