Is it possible to use this bottle safely on a repeated basis?

The bottle can be reused, provided you follow basic hygiene principles and take into account the nature of the cosmetic or other product being filled. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging, ideally using suitable alcohol solutions such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination of the new product and extend its stability during use.

How should the bottle with dosing pump be properly cleaned and disinfected before refilling?

Before refilling, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle and pump (rinsing with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a gentle detergent, if it is compatible with the packaging material) and then disinfecting them with an alcohol-based preparation, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the container.

Is the plastic material of the bottle suitable for the dishwasher or for boiling?

Plastic packaging of this type, especially if made of PET or similar materials, is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to empty the bottle as much as possible and remove any product residues. For which types of products is the dosing pump most suitable in terms of viscosity?
