The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical solution for packaging liquid preparations where convenient, clean and controlled application is important. Thanks to the transparent body, you have an immediate overview of the contents, while the dosing pump ensures hygienic and repeatedly precise dispensing during everyday use.
The packaging is particularly suitable for liquid and gel products that require pressure dispensing directly from the bottle – from daily facial care preparations to working concentrates or auxiliary solutions. The combination of a plastic bottle and a functional dispenser reduces the risk of contamination of the contents and helps maintain the product’s consistency throughout the entire period of use.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser that has been designed and tested directly within the Handymade range. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly by Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing performance, the method and smoothness of dispensing, and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles. However, before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean both the bottle and the dosing part, and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the properties of the new refill.
For bottles made of PET material, it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures. Do not place the packaging near sources of heat or in direct sunlight in a very warm environment, and do not fill it with hot mixtures. Likewise, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling, as the plastic may soften or deform, which can affect the sealing and functionality of the dispenser.
First, empty the bottle and rinse out residues of the original product mechanically. Then rinse it with a suitable cleaning solution at room temperature and rinse again thoroughly with clean water. After drying, it is necessary to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging and the functional parts of the dispenser with an alcohol solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of vegetable origin. For PET packaging, do not use hot water or thermal sterilisation procedures in order to avoid deformation of the material.
If you decide not to use the bottle with dispenser any longer, we recommend emptying it as much as possible of product residues and separating the individual parts of the packaging according to the material type specified in the product parameters on the website. The plastic components should then be handed over to separate collection in accordance with local recycling rules. Adapt the recycling recommendations to the material designation and recycling symbols indicated with the product to ensure correct sorting and further waste processing.
When selecting suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter available at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Within the filter, you can choose parameters such as neck type, desired volume, colour variant and packaging material. Thanks to the combination of these criteria, you can quickly narrow down the offer to bottles, jars or pharma bottles that correspond to the needs of your specific product and your preferred dispensing method.
The dispensing bottle is ideal particularly for liquid to medium-viscosity formulations that need to be applied in small controlled amounts – for example facial toners, milks, light emulsions, disinfectant solutions or hair tonics. For very thick creams or balms, dispensing may be limited, so we always recommend carrying out trial filling and testing the smoothness of dispensing with your specific formulation.
