The plastic bottle with a transparent body and a disc-top cap with a gold effect and a black center represents a practical and elegant packaging suitable for various liquid and semi-liquid products. Thanks to its reliable closure and convenient dispensing, it is ideal for filling cosmetic preparations, hygiene solutions or homemade formulations, where control of the quantity and clean application without unnecessary waste are important. The transparent container body allows easy visual control of the remaining contents, which makes it easier to plan refills and stock levels.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refill, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and product deterioration. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based, and allowing the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
First, rinse the packaging mechanically with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse with clean water and apply an alcohol-based disinfectant to the inside and outside (e.g. products available on Handymade). After disinfection, leave the bottle and the closure open so that they can dry thoroughly. For plastic packaging, avoid high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher to prevent possible deformation or damage to the surface.
If you decide not to use the bottle and the closure any further, we recommend emptying them, possibly rinsing them to remove visible product residues, and placing them in separated waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Information on the material and the recommended recycling method is given in the parameter table next to the product – according to this, place the packaging in the appropriate container for separated collection. In the case of combined packaging, you can consider separating the closure from the body of the packaging if they are made of different materials.
The disc-top cap is designed for liquid to medium-viscosity products, such as facial toners, lighter emulsions, body milks or gentle oil blends. For very thick creams or gels, dosing may be less convenient, so it is advisable to test the behaviour of the specific formulation in the bottle before introducing it into full-scale production. For oil-based products, also monitor long-term compatibility with the packaging and closure material, especially with a higher proportion of essential oils.
